Send a deletion request
- Email loahsocial@gmail.com with the subject Loah data deletion request. Where possible, send the message from the email address associated with your Loah account.
- Tell us the email address used for Loah and whether you signed in with Facebook, X or another provider. Specify whether you want to delete your entire Loah account and saved data, or particular information associated with that account.
- Wait for our reply so we can verify account ownership and confirm the request's scope. If you cannot access the original email address, explain that in your message so we can discuss verification.
Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, access tokens or API keys. We do not need them to receive a deletion request.
What happens next
After verifying ownership and confirming the scope, we will arrange deletion of the Loah account or data you requested, including saved cloud workspace and social sign-in information where applicable. We will reply with the outcome and explain any information that needs to be retained for security, disputes or legal obligations.
Export any work you want to keep before requesting deletion. Removing account data can make saved work and account history unavailable. This request is handled by support; sending an email does not immediately delete data.
Remove drafts stored in your browser
Browser-stored drafts are separate from your cloud account. To remove them, export anything you want to keep, sign out of Loah, and use your browser's privacy or site-data settings to clear stored data for the Loah website. Repeat this on other browsers or devices where you used Loah.
Clearing browser data does not delete a saved cloud workspace. Include cloud data in your support request if you want it removed.
Facebook, X and other services
You can also revoke Loah's access in the connected apps settings of your social provider. Revoking access and requesting deletion of Loah data are separate steps.
A Loah deletion request does not delete your Facebook, X or other social-network account. Already published posts and data held independently by those services must be managed with the relevant service.
