Using Loah
Use Loah lawfully and only with accounts and content you are authorized to use. Keep your account access secure and contact loahsocial@gmail.com if you believe someone has accessed your Loah account without permission.
You must not use the service to infringe another person's rights, distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, send spam, compromise accounts, bypass access or credit controls, or interfere with the service.
Your content and decisions
You are responsible for the content you submit and publish, including the permissions needed to use it. You retain your rights in your own content. You authorize Loah and the service providers needed for your selected features to process that content to carry out your requests.
Review generated writing, research and media before relying on or publishing them. Automated results can contain mistakes or material that is unsuitable for your purpose. Loah does not guarantee a particular creative, business or social-media outcome.
Accounts and connected services
Social sign-in identifies your Loah account. Publishing to a social network requires a separate supported connection and a publication request. The relevant provider's terms also apply when you use its account or connected service.
Local drafts are stored in your browser. Save or export work you want to keep; clearing browser data can remove local drafts. Saving a cloud workspace is a separate action. Feature availability and credit requirements are shown in the app and can depend on your account and the connected service.
Availability and account restrictions
Loah is an evolving service. Features may change, be unavailable or be interrupted. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security problems or a breach of these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy, leaving and contacting us
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. You can stop using Loah and follow the data-deletion instructions to request removal of your account or associated data.
