Information we process
- Account and sign-in information. When you sign in, Loah and its authentication provider, Supabase, process your account identifier and email address when available. If you choose a social sign-in provider, we receive the identity and basic profile information it makes available under the permissions you approve. The information varies by provider.
- Workspace content. Drafts, brand details and workspace preferences can be stored in your browser. When you choose to save your workspace to your account, its drafts and brand details are stored in your private cloud workspace.
- Requests and account history. We process the content and settings you submit to a tool, together with relevant results, job status, credit activity and account records needed to provide that feature.
- Support information. If you contact us, we receive your message, contact details and the information you choose to include.
- Technical information. Authentication uses cookies to maintain your session. Hosting and authentication services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, when delivering and securing the service.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, associate data with your account, save and load your chosen cloud workspace, carry out tool requests, keep credit and operational records, respond to support requests, and protect accounts and the service.
Social sign-in is separate from social publishing. Signing in with Facebook or X does not by itself publish a post. Connecting a publishing account and submitting content for publication are separate actions.
Services that process information
Loah uses Vercel to host the website and Supabase for authentication and account data. The primary Supabase database region is Sydney, Australia. Provider processing locations can vary.
When you use an enabled feature, the information needed for that request is sent to its service provider: OpenAI for AI writing, Tavily for live research, fal for AI video, and Ayrshare and your selected social networks for connected publishing. Feature availability varies. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
The social provider you select also processes your sign-in under its own policy. Loah support and authorized operators may access relevant account and operational information to assist you or resolve service issues.
Your choices and data deletion
You can use available local tools without saving a cloud workspace. Account records and requests you submit to online tools are separate from your browser's local drafts.
To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion of your Loah account or associated data, email loahsocial@gmail.com. We need to verify that a request comes from the account owner. Follow the data-deletion instructions for the information to include and how to remove browser-stored drafts.
Account and saved workspace information remains associated with your account until changed or removed. Some operational records may need to be retained to address security issues, disputes or legal obligations. We will explain any applicable limits when responding to your request. Data held independently by a social network or another provider is governed by that provider's policy.
Contact and updates
